The Vicinity Condos development project is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2028. It is a proposed 11-storey mid-rise condo building with 152 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. The condo will feature roughly 13,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor amenities as well as 2,500 sq. ft. of commercial space.
